At Topstep Career Management, I was responsible for designing and executing targeted employer branding campaigns across multiple platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
My role also involved developing and planning content for social media, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram, aimed at both talent acquisition and brand visibility. Each post was strategically aligned with the company's messaging and visual identity, helping to position Topstep as a modern, people-first career consultancy.
In addition to content creation, I worked on the design and optimization of landing pages within HubSpot. These pages supported both lead generation and candidate pipelines, creating a seamless and visually consistent user experience that enhanced conversion rates and engagement.
